How do I prepare for an appointment?
All our sessions are done fully clothed so please wear something loose fitting and comfortable
Its always a great idea to drink a healthy amount of water, to promote hydration and detoxification before and after the appointment. Prepare a short list of things you would like to have different in your life, such as physical conditions, behaviors, limiting beliefs, unpleasant past experiences, fears, worries, finances, etc.
Remove electronics and jewelry, belt and pocket items. If possible plan time to relax after the session.
Will I be under the "power" of the hypnotheripist?
No. You are in charge. You cannot be made to do anything against your will and you cannot
be taken into hypnosis if you do not want to. It is your experience and you are in control
throughout.
It is a completely safe, comfortable and relaxed experience.
What happens during hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy allows you to enter a trance-like state of deep relaxation safely, so the hypnotherapist can access and communicate directly with the subconscious and give instructions or “suggestions”. You only accept the “suggestions” if you are in agreement with them. These suggestions are personally suited to your needs and are agreed prior to the
hypnotherapy taking place..
When do I pay?
All payment is due at time of service. Distance sessions can be payed online or a check posted in the mail and arriving before service.
How can I pay?
You can pay with cash, check and with all major credit cards online or in person.
Is it safe?
All of our sessions are non-invasive and completely safe. We never diagnose, medicate, prescribe or treat and the modalities we specialize in have no known "side effects". They can be used in conjunction with any other treatment you may be engaged in so there's no conflict and no worry.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We always ask that you always give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your booked session or the full fee will be incurred.
